One of the ancient temple in Chiangmai is Umong Temple. The temple’s full name is Wat Umong Suan Phutthatham, which translates to “Temple of the tunnels and Buddha Dhamma garden”. The large, shady temple grounds are often filled with the sounds of monks’ chanting. The temple’s setting in a forested area with a natural. Wat Umong an excellent place for meditation. beside the temple have pond with many fish,ducks and turtles waiting to be fed. From the temple we will drive around30 minutes to the top of the Suthep –Pui National Park. It is home of Hmong hill tribe, one of 6 major hill tribes in Thailand. We will walk around to explore local museum , beautiful garden , houses and souvenir shops and than We will stop at sun set view point at secret area in that village. On the way back to city we will stop to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep with Chaing mai view at night. Less people seegolden pagada in the temple at night time. That sobeautiful with cooler wwather,quiet and non tourist.

Itinerary:

• 3.00 pm. Pick you from hotel.
• 3.30 Visit Wat Umong is located against the mountains of Doi Suthep. The temple was built in 1297 by King Mangrai of the Lan Nadynasty. The wat is famous for its ancient tunnels and large chedi. Wat Umong is unique in that the resident monks live in a very natural setting, and occasionally feed the fish at reservoir.
• 4.30 pm. Visit Hmong Hill tribe Village at Suthep –Pui National Park. Enjoy walk around the village with hand made product shop and than take you to sun set point at secret area in that village.
• 7.30 pm. Visit Wat Doi Suthep temple. At night time is the best time to visit golden pagoda with cold weather,non tourist and city view at night so fantastic
• 8.30 pm.  Back to the hotel.
