Ans: Your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address one day before your travel date. If you do not receive it, please contact customer support during operating hours.
Q: How much time should I allow for the visit?
Ans: Most visitors spend around 3 to 5 hours exploring the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, and watching the Garden Rhapsody Show.
Q: What time should I arrive for the transfer?
Ans: Please arrive at the pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Q: Is there a time limit inside the attractions?
Ans: You may stay inside each attraction until closing time of the attraction
Q: Can I enter the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest at different times?
Ans: Yes. You may visit the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest at different times on the same day, as long as your ticket is valid. If you are unable to visit one of the conservatories on your selected date, you may use it later until the ticket validity expires, subject to the ticket's validity terms. However, both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest must be visited on the same day once you begin using the ticket.
